Formation of companies in other countries and other related services

Since we have been working in this area for quite a time, we can form a company for you in another country, which either meets your specific requirements or corresponds to one of the company profiles we offer.

Up to now, we have formed numerous legal entities abroad allowing our clients to adjust their tax policy and administration the way that guarantees their satisfaction. In this respect, we have also established companies in the countries that do not require their owners to pay taxes and in which these are exempt from bookkeeping.

Moreover, we are able to ensure the absolute privacy and anonymousness of the company’s shareholders as in some locations the databases and registers containing information related to businesses are under the protection of law ensuring their owners are protected against the undesirable aspects of owning property. Some of our clients enjoy the high reputation their companies gained when they had them transferred to a prestigious location in a foreign country.

As there are lots of locations of similar legislature, prior to the formation of a new company and the choice of its most suitable tax policy, we put a lot of effort into the selection of the country that appears most convenient for running our client’s business. We attend to the liquidation of our clients’ companies (carried out in compliance with the current laws) by providing a liquidator and all the legal services associated with the liquidation process including the removal of the company’s record from the Business Register.

Using our services, our clients can adopt companies with a certain history – an act performed only after a thorough analysis of all the risks associated with the adoption. We also attend to the closing of books, conducting economic analyses, drawing up contracts and documents whose purpose is to protect our clients against the adoption risks.
